Test execution and FVT tracker for the SIL dev suite — a .NET 10 WPF app rebuilt from a Python prototype. Admins build the test catalog and assign tests to teams by cycle; testers run steps and record results, which roll up into cross-team reports. One SQLite DB, shared over the network or synced via run export/import.
